I spoke with a Coloplast representative today over the phone about the Genesis and was informed that any Coloplast Genesis implantation performed after April 1st, 2022, will no longer have a lifetime warranty. The warranty has been changed from lifetime to a 10 year term effective April 1, 2022. Additionally, unlike the Rigicon Rigi10, the warranty will not cover revisions due to infections.

It's disappointing that Coloplast changed their policy. Malleables typically don't require revisions (well, hopefully), so this isn't a deal breaker really.

I had a revision due to being undersized just did my 4 week follow up healing ok small suture knot that he pulled apart .. now taking antibiotics for a week results are much better than the first implant gained over an inch.

Good for you easymoney,,, you been thru enough,,, If I get 10 years out of my Genesis I'll be more than happy,,, have a solid, ready at anytime dick for 10 years straight,,, I would get another one in a heartbeat.
After 4 Titan IPP failures within 4 years I finally wised up and went to the Malleable Genesis 23cm- 13mm implanted 2-1-24 and no regrets so far.
For those that are asking, I'm going to change the wifeys avatar weekly.

Well if I can get back in the saddle and get past all this bad luck I have had I still think a mallabble is the way to go just for ease of use and less chances of revisions .. you should be contacting genesis about yours and how much you use it you could become a poster child for their sales dept ... lol

Boston Scientific Tactra has a 5 year warranty, while Coloplast Genesis offers a 10 year (if bought after April 2022), and Rigicon Rigi10 provides an impressive lifetime warranty. I think these warranties likely serve as marketing points rather than indicators of the actual expected lifespan!

They are particularly useful if paying out of pocket, as the device itself costs around $9,000 on the lower side! With good insurance coverage, the warranty may not be as significant.

First time that I am reading about malleables. So you didn't lose girth so far?

I guess my biggest concern is that I am single and if I were to be with a new sexual partner each time, it would be obvious that I have an implant? Unlike the inflatable which looks More natural I guess and they may not realize it?
