Got the go-ahead at 6 weeks. Didn’t have sex until 10 weeks due to that being my first opportunity. My experience mirrors Sworks, above. My scrotum and lower shaft were numb, my glans was tender at full mast, and my mind didn’t feel connected to my dick yet. But, got it done and orgasmed about 50% of the time. Other times it was too sore and i’d tap out.

Sensitivity improved. Soreness faded, over time. 1 year postop now. All good!
Active, athletic 63 years old. Sexually, still 33 in my mind and spirit. Pills and injections all worked, until they didn’t. Diagnosed with veinous leakage in 2022. Coloplast Titan. 22 CM. No RTE. Peno-scrotal. Implanted 1/4/23. Dr. Clavell.

I had my f/u with the surgeon at 4 weeks post op. He said to wait until the 6 week time frame to have intercourse. We got to five and a half weeks cause we were both pretty horny. I started cycling at 4weeks and my scrotum was never vey sore since I had an infrapubic approach.
I hadn’t regained the length then but my wife sure didn’t care. I maybe could get 10-12 pumps in at that time vs 19-21 now before I am maxed. (My first cycling got 5 pumps. As I cycled two times daily the pumps increased to 6, then 8 then 10 and on to present status). My wife likes junior to be rock hard to the max.

At the 20 day post-op appointment, the PA tested the equipment and had me demonstrate my ability to inflate/deflate. Gave us the OK for sex. Couldn't drive home fast enough!!
The usual pills, injections of increasing strength until the ache was too much and ineffective. 66 yrs old. Implanted 7/14/22 Dr Blick, Scottsdale. AMS CX 21cm+2cmRTE. Infrapubic. Back in the saddle 8/3/21. We could not be happier with the result!

I was at six weeks post op. After clearance from the doc went home with my wife and had our first session right away.

It has been 6 months since that, things have steadily improved. I have stopped cycling every day But sex once a week and gets better each time.

I have experienced reduced sensitivity, because in the past before ED I frequently came too early. Now it seems just right for both of us. She is definitely digging that I am very hard.

Not sure if continued cycling will do much for me past this point. AMS CX 21 CM NO RTE'S

At exactly 4 weeks I was cleared and we had sex that afternoon. Slow somewhat awkward at first sex, but two big Os later the wife was pretty happy with the results!

Got the ok to pump at two weeks to the day when he removed sutures. I was implanted infrapubic. Said I could have sex as soon as I felt like it. Said give it maybe a few days to be sure I could successfully pump and deflate.Said just go easy. I had PIV at day 17 or 18. WS ver tender but was able to finish. Was very sore for a couple days afterwards. Had sex again about 5-6 days later and it was better. I masterbated in the shower about 6-7 days after surgery. Very gently and was able to cum. Just got better every time after that. As others said it was several months before it was totally free of discomfort, but by 5-6 months it was totally pain free

I’m 22 days post IPP implant, and on the spectrum of experiences reported on FT, I’m lucky to be close to the least painful end. My wife and I can hardly wait to try this thing out!

My doc left me 80% pumped since the implant, and the showers the last few days have felt near the “sexual activity” I’m not supposed to be having yet. I’m going in for my follow-up at 4.5 weeks. Assuming my doc gives me the go ahead, is it realistic to think about PIV at that point? What level of pain or discomfort should I expect?

We’re joking about an Implantymoon since we’re coincidentally booked for a couple of nights in a nice resort hotel immediately after the follow-up. How unrealistic is that?

I just had my 2 week post op today, it's actually only been 12 days since surgery. Said I'm healing great, deflated me & pumped me up then deflated again. I felt a little pinch as my scrotum is still a little swollen but it was tolerable. He told me I'm clear at 4 weeks. I understand it will vary & typically it's 6 weeks with my Dr so I was pretty excited. He told me I should start cycling 2x per day starting now & I was stoked. However I'm a bit sore in the testicles tonight unfortunately lol. So I may wait for tomorrow to pump all the way up cuz I wanna make sure I can deflate it. Hope you get it soon bro. 43 yr old titan 24cm+1cm rte

Let me give you another data point.

63 year old recipient of 18+5 LGX done infrapubic.

I often think a whole lot of our medical destiny is genetic. I inherited a fairly decent albeit not porn star dick. There’s been nary a case of cancer on any side of the family in at least 5 or 6 generations. After surgery, we all heal up with very little problem and quite rapidly.

Two weeks post surgery I was given the green light to start having sex. I was sort of stunned and actually kicked the van down the road for 5 days before I actually tried. Of course this is the same doctor who told me to start cycling on day 3.

What I remember most us both that I was smaller that early in my recovery. What was noteworthy is that I was really hard and it stayed that way.

Mrs TxAg’s criteria is 1) hardness 2) girth and 3) length. The implanted me has been a winner from the first time.
Age 68. Physically fit educated red neck in Texas. Very married. 23 cm (18+5) of LGX installed by Dr. Bryan Kansas 12/31/2019. I fought the ED and my wife & I won. I’m either full of shit or sound advice. You decide which.
