Is it safe to take 20 mg cialis daily?

I take 10 mg cialis daily and it does fuck all
Rigicon MALLEABLE
20 cm + 0.5cm RTE
11 mm diameter rods
——
Pre-Op penile length: 7.9 inches length, 4.75 inches girth
Post-Op penile length: 7.5 inches length, 4.5 inches girth

I've been taking 20mg of Sildenafil (generic Viagra) for almost six years, typically at night to encourage a little "morning wood". Somewhat successful, as I get a "semi" that lasts awhile in the middle of the night.
Born 1955, Erectile Dysfunction, Robotic Prostatectomy (Oct 2018, Dr Bugg @ UCA, Birmingham, AL), PSA<0.007, Trimix User (30 mg Papaverine HCL, 1 mg Phentolamine MES, 10 mcg Alprostadil per 1 ML. My dose is 0.16 ML)

Because of Cialis's longer "half life" the formula for daily doses is: (daily dose) x 1.6.
So 10 mg a day means you have about 16 mg active.
20 mg would mean 32 mg active.
Married 50+ years. Use VED for sex and do
daily exercises with both water and vacuum pumps.

So in the month leading up to surgery, the more cialis in my blood the better right?

I don't think so. Cialis is an excellent drug but you should only take the prescribed dose and there may be side effects.

I took Cialis 20 mg as needed, for several years, and side effects were unpleasant, incl. ocular pain.
Age 40. Psychogenic ED for over 20 years. Current regimen: Udenafil 200 mg, oral phentolamine mesylate 40 mg, Seredyn.
