PENIS AFTER SURGERY DOES IT STAND STRAIGHT UP OR JUST EVEN WITH THE FLOOR SO TO SPEAK
PENIS AFTER SURGERY DOES IT STAND STRAIGHT UP OR JUST EVEN WITH THE FLOOR SO TO SPEAK
I am getting surgery this winter. Just curious does the implant get hard like young man days where it is pointing at the ceiling or does it only het hard enough where it is even with the floor when you are standing up. Just curious. Thanks.

Gordon:
There are some variables. Implants are definitely not one size fits all, and they aren’t identical in their behavior once installed.
I’ve never seen another guy with an erect implanted dick, so this isn’t first hand. But to hear guys on here describe their outcome, I’d say most guys are parallel with the floor. If your erection angle was a clock, that would be 3 o’clock.
I ended up at 1:30 or maybe a quarter til 2. I’ve been real happy with my implant but I’ve been especially happy with the angle. I’m not going to lie and tell you I know the reason I ended up with a nice angle. Clean living, a good doctor, and a bit of luck maybe.
Over in the members only forum there’s an ongoing post titled “Dick of the day.” You might look at those to get an idea of what life will be like after you go bionic. I think mine’s on page 98 or 99 of that thread.
Bottom line: you may very well end up with 3 o’clock cock. If you do, I can guarantee it will be hard and functional and the angle won’t bother you. But you might end up with an angle closer to 1 o’clock. Or possibly 4 o’clock.
We are all the same in that we are all a bit different. Quit sweating the small stuff.

Been implanted for 5 months. I have never reached 1:00 o'clock. No mater how hard I pump.....Can only reach 3:00 o'clock. The angle is very disappointing. I was informed at my first interview that I may loose some length, but I thought the harder you pump, the more of an upward angle you would get. I lost about an inch of length. But someone in here said you didn't need 6 inches, since I lost an inch from 7 to end up with about 6 inches, I guess that's not too bad.....They said 2 or 3 inches were all you needed. Enough for what, I don't know. After the surgery, my wife ask me, What are you gonna do with that? Since it shrunk. But my girth did improved.....that was the mystery to both of us. It's almost like Mr. Winkie is too heavy to stand tall. It's OK, but with only about 3:00 o'clock, the angle is very difficult to really hit that thang. The wifie feels better when she can ride. Closer genital contact. As they say, Everyone is different.
72, AMS 700 LGX. Married to an Angel. Discovered ED at 67. Path = Diabetic, Supplements, Pills, Needle, Pump, and finally AMS 700 (2-8-24).

You are asking two different questions. I'll answer both.
First, you are asking how hard it gets. Super hard. Super-duper hard. Like definitely harder that it's ever been before in my life.
Second, you are asking where it points. It points straight out, parallel to the ground. My old cock had a sort of "bow" to it. A graceful arc across the whole length. So right where it came out it pointed a bit up, and the further out it got the more up it pointed. It wasn't Peyronies at all. it was just the shape of my cock my whole life until I got my implant.
From all the photos I'd seen, I was pretty sure I'd lose that arc and that my penis would be straight out. It wasn't my preference, but I decided that I'd rather have a straight-out penis that worked well than a penis with a graceful arc that didn't work so well. My ideal implant would have preserved the arc, but I knew what I was getting into and I would absolutely make the same choice again. I love my bionic cock.
Implanted June, 2022 by Dr. Karpman. 22cm Titan with 1.5cm RTE.

I have no real problem at all with my post-surgical angle of erection. When at full pump, it is so rigid relative to my body that it is difficult to hold up agains my body when walking in a crowded bar (with just a jock on). I have to put lube on because everyone wants a yank on it (and then often too-toothy BJs). I have photos on OF because it lets you have high-res photos and videos posted for free, as “Bionic Rod.” Linktr.ee/Rodsmen

A lot depends on the fat in the body. Your fat pad plays a role is what heard from Dr. Clavell in a podcast. It also depends on your suspensory ligament (lose/tight/elastic) and how it is prior to the surgery.

Re: PENIS AFTER SURGERY DOES IT STAND STRAIGHT UP OR JUST EVEN WITH THE FLOOR SO TO SPEAK
Here's my two cents Gordon. When the bandage came off a couple of days after surgery, my Doc told me to try to keep the penis pointing up. I did that until I was cleared to start cycling. I used a combination of elastic tight fitting underwear and an elastic band around the waist. It was uncomfortable but when I started cycling, it was pointing somewhere between 1 and 1:30. I really think having it tucked pointing straight up was the reason why. The healing process gave it direction on where it should be. When I had my surgery in January of this year there were quite a few posts on having it pointed straight up. So my recommendation is to talk to your surgeon about this and by all means do a search here on FrackTalk. Good Luck..

If you keep pushing the pumps and do some perito exercises you should gain your size back. You’re still early in the game. I was 1-1/2” short initially but at 6 months I had gained about 1/2 or a little more back and by a year it was all back and added a little girth.
59 years old ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works but diminishing results with pain. Implanted 5-22 Baylor,Scott, and White Dallas.Dr Michael Wierschem, infrapubic Coloplast 20cm and 1cm RTE. Going strong and loving it!
