FIRST PUMP - WHAT TO EXPECT ON SIZE - 22 CM WITH A 125CC RESERVOIR

Hi Gentlemen: I got my first inflate today. Wasn't as painful as expected. I'm at 5" deflated which is quite a bit larger than pre-op, but I was always a grower not a shower. Not sure if i WILL get my 7" back. What should I expect with a 22cm Titan implant with a 125 cc reservoir? My Distal measurement is 12 and my Proximal measurement is 10 but I'm not sure what that means.

It's too soon too judge. But most people gain length with constant cycling.
As soon as you are allowed, start cycling and wait at least 3-6 months before measuring.

In any case with a 22cm titan most people I have read here get in the range 6-7".

It’s common knowledge that I was one of those sick people in college who loved statistics class.

Here’s what we know:

You’ve got 22 cm of implant.

Guys’ anatomies vary. There is no set amount of implant distal/proximal to pubic bone ie visible penis. However, most guys have between 2/3 (66%) and 3/4 (75%) of their total penis as visible penis.

There is usually about 1 cm (.4 inch) from the tip of the implant to tip of penis.

An inch is 2.54 cm.

So what’s this all mean?

You’ve got 22 cm of implant. That’s 8.66 inches.

If you are like most guys, somewhere between 5.72 and 6.50 inches of implant will be on the distal side of your pubic bone ergo available as visible/usable penis.

There’s another .4 inches of dick beyond the end of the implant, so there’s about a 90% chance your final dick size, after a year of cycling, will be between 6.12” and 6.90”.

The median or most likely size would be 6.51”.

That’s probability and statistics. Reality could be different.

This methodology has worked well for most every guy I’ve calculated for. You can use me as an example. I have 23 cm. My predicted range is 6.37” to 7.19” with a most likely of 6.78”. When the dust settled I was 6.81”—-well within the range and only .03” off the median.

If you were 7” before and only took 22 cm of implant, you might have a shallower crus, in which case you’d trend towards the upper end of the range.

Hope this helps/puts your mind at ease.

PS: right after surgery I was 4 3/4” long. It took about a year to get it all back. I know that’s not what you wanted to hear but it has the advantage of being the truth.

I agree with others. I was 6-3/4to 6-7/8 prior to implant with a timix injection hard on. In a VED I was 7”. I got a 20cm titan with 1cm RTE. took a year to get back to my 6-3/4 to 6-7/8” but it’s back and harder than ever. I pumped twice daily for at least 30 minutes ea time and did the perito exercises every time for a year but was def worth the efforts! I was 8cm proximal and 13 distal but that measurement was taken infrapubic, and there is a difference. Measurements are taken from point of entry, in my case that’s above the penis. So would be several cms different in proximal and distal than scrotal entry. But would still be the same total. Calculations work the same so you should be in good shape just might take a year to get there.

You have what I have and should end up with about 7". I can get to about 7.25" if I pump and rest then pump some more but it will take you several months to get there. Jim

9.45 x .66 = 6.24”
9.45 x .75 = 7.08”

Add 0.4” to each result to account for the length from the end of the implant to top of your cock.

That gives you a range from 6.64” to 7.48”

If your internal anatomy is typical then after you heal up and cycle and stretch the tissues annoyed by the insult of surgery you should fall into that range.

If you consider penis size to be a normal distribution (bell shaped curve, and all indications are it is) then the most likely end result would be 7.06” erect.

Final thoughts: you’ve got 24 cm of implant. It is likely you’ll end up with a 7.06” dick. It’s almost a certainty you’ll end up between 6.64” & 7.48”. Other results aren’t impossible - there are outliers with exceptionally shallow or exceptionally deep crus. We are focusing on what is likely.

22cm titan, no RTE's . . . I hit 7.5" when I was cycling like a maniac post op. I'd also use the VED and with glans engorgement was actually able to max out ( temporarily ) at 7.75" . That part of my story is true and I've consistently told it that way . Now ,15 months out , I've calmed down . The surgical capsule is fully formed and the novelty has worn off just a bit . So one day I decided to measure myself after just pumping and it was more accurately around 7.25"+ . A measurement I'm more than satisfied with
