Trying to remember the name of a condition I used to see mentioned often here.

I don't have the memory to give very many helpful details but I read about this condition often, usually in the implants boards, and it seemed to be a rather serious condition that usually either led to up to having ED (like why ED became so much of a problem) or it led up to why an implant became such a necessity.

Their urologist diagnosed them with......?

I'm thinking it's maybe like a leakage of some kind? A tissue leaking? Any help appreciated.
