I would say a majority of guys on this board from time to time have experienced the inability to cum while on Trimix. It's happened to me, but not consistently and my GF has had to help me along sometimes with a HJ. I have read some guys on here had to slightly lower the dose in order to achieve orgasm/ejaculation. It's sort of like finding your sweet spot, where you have enough Trimix to get hard but not to the point where your penis feels numb, or not as sensitive. May be worth a try...I also noticed the longer I go without sex the easier it is for me to cum...Just my 2 cents.

i definately understand how you feal. From my experience failure to o ejaculate is not uncommon with trlimix or caverject only. I use caverject, currently living in europe but had the same problem with trimix in the us. To have a good, non buckling erection I need 25-30 mcgs of caveject but frequntly loose my erectionj when i enter orgasm phase and sensation diminishes. But buckling becomes a problem if i don' t use enough. And it is very frustrating for me and my spouuse. To help control this I also take 50 mcg of sildenafil about an hour before. Injecting.
. Not foolproof. but helps

At first I had no problems. but after about 3 months of regular use. it became harder and harder until it was just impossible. I racked it up to im too hard and it hurts which makes it hard to concentrate on the fun part. I lowered my dose from 15 to 10 to 5 to 4ml and that seems to be the sweet spot where i am still hard enough to have sex but not 16 year old boner that hurts if it bends just a little.
