Hi everyone, happy to have found this forum. I'm a younger male in his early 30s.
To keep things short, I experienced a nerve issue about 10 years ago which caused me to lose a lot of sensation in the penile region. Sex still feels good to me, I have a sex drive, but sometimes its difficult to keep an erection because of the lack of much erogenous sensation.
I was finally diagnosed 2 years ago, undergone surgery, but unfortnuately doesn't seem like a lot of sensation will be coming back.
For the past decade, I have been able to have a below-average sex life. I'm able to get a suitable erection for sex about 60% of the time, but since my last long term relationship ended, I find that it's been more difficult to achieve and maintain erection with new sexual partners, because the physical and psychological effects of my problem. Pills work sometimes for me, but very unreliable.
I'm now finding myself staying out of any relationships because of this problem, and I'm pretty set on getting an implant now so I can still have some sort of sex life, so I can at least be functional whenever a sexual encounter arises, instead of being deliberately celibate.
What are your thoughts on my situation? Do you think an implant is worth it for this? It's been very mentally draining and frankly lonely in this ED journey, I want to be able to get back out there with some sort of confidence since the next 10-15 years will be my prime years.

I would try Trimix injections. I've been doing them for seven years very successfully. They're tricky but anyone can learn by reading the "Injections" topic.
