From my years of research, and perito videos he says if your natural erection pointed at 2-3 o’clock then after implant you should be at 2-3. All the cylinders do is fill your void in the cavernosa. An implant isn’t going to change your original angle. The reason you try to hold it up during healing is the surgical capsule will form at whatever angle it’s at. I can see how this could change your angle very slightly but they get hard enough to straighten out pyronies curves so don’t think it will change your original angle.

I ended up at 1:30 or maybe a quarter til 2.

Bottom line: you may very well end up with 3 o’clock cock. If you do, I can guarantee it will be hard and functional and the angle won’t bother you. But you might end up with an angle closer to 1 o’clock. Or possibly 4 o’clock.

It is also the best case for Daytime saving.

Thank you for your post. I could not stop giggling the whole time. Thank god for people with sense of humor!!!

mine points straight up (towards the belly button) just like my best natural erection.

Issue is that at the maximum inflation (and I need to get to the max otherwise I don't come close to my normal length) I can't bend down this thing, so other positions like doggy becomes difficult

I am 7 months post-op. I hope in a year the LGX will soften up so I can bend it down
LGX 18 + 1, 90 cc. 2023/12
Pre-OP VED length: 5.5". Post-OP: 4". At 3 months post-op: 5".
Cycling with a lot of pain for the first 5 months, now improving
If you have a motorcycle or a bike stop using it (ED with motorcycle accident).

At the beginning it was very up, straight to 1.

However, with softening and Perito exercises (those were absolutely necessary because it was impossible to place it well while flaccid), it lowered.

So now, 12 months post op it points to 2:30-3.

It’s a Titan.

Great angle. Wish mine was pointing up like that but you're younger and slimmers so I'm sure that's to your advantage. Very large dick too ;)

My Penis was parallel to the floor for the first few weeks. I inflated it and left it for a few hours and then I could get a few more pumps in. After a few more weeks it's stands at about 2 o'clock. Keep working at it.

Mine when it worked it would get hard at full inflation and by hard I mean like there were 2 steel rods inside there. As to the angle I would say between 3 and 2 with it closer to the 2 o'clock position when fully pumped up. I noticed that the more I cycled the more it was slowly moving upward and I assume mine would probably stop somewhere between 1 and 2 o'clock position if it hadn't failed again.

Pre-implant my cock pointed up, maybe halfway between 1 and 2 o'clock, but partly (maybe entirely?) because it had an upward curve. Based on some, ahem, web research, I think that cocks with a curve like that are not uncommon, maybe even the majority. Then again, the web shows a highly selected sample, so who knows, maybe that's just the type of cock that porn directors choose. Anyway, that curve is gone. After all, one of the uses of implants is to fix peyronie's, so it's no surprise that it would straighten a natural cock curve as well, and it did with me. Now it points pretty much straight out at 3 o'clock.

However, this is entirely different from it "getting hard enough". When fully pumped up, it's harder than it's ever been before in my life. It points straight out at 3 o'clock, but it is super-super hard. So hard, in fact, that I don't always pump it up that much. A little flex can be handy for certain positions.

To conclude, things are a bit different but I love my new cock. I will trade "upward curve" for "stays hard forever" any day.

The angle of your penis when lying down is your default natural angle. When you stand up, the angle changes due to the effect of gravity from the body fat pushing down on the penis, meaning body fat percentage can significantly influence the angle.

As for checking the time, I stopped looking at my penis—my smartphone's clock is quite accurate :D
