Missionary with AMS Implant

I'm currently two weeks out from being implanted with the AMS LGX and have begun daily cycling. When fully inflated, the implant is very rigid, easily suitable for both doggy-style and cow-girl positions. However, as the subject header states, the rigidity of the cylinders forbids any ability to slope the implant slightly upward for missionary-style sex.

Is this position possible with the implant, perhaps as the implant gets "broken in"? Or is this something I'll have to write off going forward? (That would be unfortunate, as missionary is my favorite position.)

But to answer your question, you don't have to inflate to 100% max hardness. Maybe try 80% and see if it's better for missionary.

Thanks, Wolfpacker. I'll try that. I'm really hoping, since I literally just got the implant and started cycling, that it's something which will become easier once the implant is "broken in."

you will have no problem with that position when the need arises. If anything, your partner may feel the difference in angle, you won't.

I have the opposite problem. My erections point straight up so missionary is ok, but for me it’s much harder to do any doggy since i cant bend it down

I think it depends on your physical structure that at the moment you can't do it, I think you will succeed later, I have other types of problems, such as oversizing and tips very far ahead of the glans, discomfort in the left cylinder from under the glans up to the middle of the shaft , for positions no problem, I can fuck in any possible and imaginable position, I'm skinny, it could be this, even if you're big I think everything will be fine

I think I'm finally getting the hang of this implant. It took me more time than I thought. I'm post 5 months, and I can never reach upward to 1:00, mostly at 3:00. But to net it out.....Doggie is my position. My wifey loves this position, now that I can get this thing to work. I do some of my best work in the Doggie position. My hands are free to massage and caresses her whole body while I work. So with Doggie and Spooning, I'm cool with it. Since I'm not at 1:00, the missionary seems difficult. With with shrinkage, down to only 6 inches, The Doggie is the only way to really hit that thang. But still learning.

Ditto on the skinny (like, really skinny). I also think I'm just being really cautious about the implant, since I just got it. I have no idea how durable this thing is, whether I can maneuver it in unique positions without it being harmed.
