I think it depends on your physical structure that at the moment you can't do it, I think you will succeed later, I have other types of problems, such as oversizing and tips very far ahead of the glans, discomfort in the left cylinder from under the glans up to the middle of the shaft , for positions no problem, I can fuck in any possible and imaginable position, I'm skinny, it could be this, even if you're big I think everything will be fine

Ditto on the skinny (like, really skinny). I also think I'm just being really cautious about the implant, since I just got it. I have no idea how durable this thing is, whether I can maneuver it in unique positions without it being harmed.

I was also very cautious at the beginning, I realized that there is no fear of damage, you can do everything without problems, it is much easier to damage your cock instead of the implant, the only thing to in my opinion, avoiding is pulling the tubes or the pump, for the rest you can inflate as hard as you can and split pussies without problems

When fully inflated, the implant is very rigid, easily suitable for both doggy-style and cow-girl positions. However, as the subject header states, the rigidity of the cylinders forbids any ability to slope the implant slightly upward for missionary-style sex.

Is this position possible with the implant, perhaps as the implant gets "broken in"? Or is this something I'll have to write off going forward? (That would be unfortunate, as missionary is my favorite position.)

F1, you're only 2 weeks out, so you've got a ways to go. So, your Doc has already given you the green light to cycle your implant? I wasn't given the green light till the six week mark, and at 6 weeks I could barely get in 10 pumps and my dick would stick straight out. After about 4 to 6 months I could get in a lot more pumps and my dick would start to rise as it got harder. Hopefully that's the case with you, but keep on cycling and keep healing up.

All implant models, when inflated, don't bend. Flexibility at the base is the factor that can determine if your penis is going to fit in a position or not. I have the CX, when fully pumped up mine was like two steel rods basically hard as a rock. I had no problems doing missionary at all, my wife enjoyed as well. Now we usually do missionary with her on the edge of the bed and me standing as we are both a bit larger folks. But we never had any issues while my implant worked, as others say maybe not pump it up to the max, leave it a little "softer" as it were if it is a problem for you. You don't always have to pump it to the max in order to have fun, just enjoy your new hardware.
