I am a 55-year-old T2 diabetic. 100 mg Viagra or 20 mg Cialis is not working; a few days ago, I started on 5 mg Cialis daily. No change.
I am thinking of trying P-Shot now.

Try a VED pump with constriction rings or Intracavernous injections of alprostadil or tri-mix or even bi-mix.

Before you start trying this and that consult a good men's urologist who deals in sexual function. I see too many guys trying all sorts of things, spending lots of money, only to be disappointed with the results.

Re: Viagra Cialis not working
Hello! I understand that this situation can be frustrating. It’s important to remember that Type 2 diabetes can affect the effectiveness of medications like Viagra and Cialis.
Switching to a daily dose of 5 mg Cialis is a good step, as it can take some time for the cumulative effect to become noticeable. However, if you're not seeing any improvement, it’s crucial to discuss this with your doctor. They might recommend further evaluations or other treatment options.
Regarding the P-Shot, some men have reported positive results, but the effectiveness of this method lacks strong scientific support. Before making a decision, consult with your doctor to ensure it’s safe and suitable for you. It might also be worth considering lifestyle changes, such as better blood sugar control, diet, and physical activity, which can positively impact your overall health.
Wishing you the best of luck and good health!
