Re: Curve
Its always individual but in general yes, your doc will take a look and see if scar tissue needs to be broken up. Most reports i have read here say yes, but it either takes a while to get straight or it will have a much more minor curve than pre op.

Re: Curve
I believe yes. I also started to get the left curve and a mid-shaft hinge after using Trimix, although I didn't use it for more than about 6 months, and not that often.
Usually, implant surgeons recommend Titan or AMS CX for men with Peyronie's, due to their higher rigidity than AMS LGX. These cylinders, when inflated are so stiff, no curve can bend them. As Witheringhog wrote, your surgeon should make sure to remove the scar tissue, which can prevent the cylinders from expanding and inflating to the maximum.

Re: Curve
I had a curve and Dr.Clavell fixed it . He did plaque incisions, to break it up as Hog had said . With the implant I'm pretty much straight again. There's also another procedure that can be done with peyronies disease. It's called " plication" . This surgery places sutures on the opposite side of the curve to slightly shorten it . This will help straighten it to. If you have an extreme curvature, both surgeries may be necessary

Re: Curve
I had a curve and Dr Perito showed me how to "force it" straight for a little while at a time. No curve now!

Re: Curve
My natural pre-prostatectomy erections had a slight upward curve. Now, post-implant, it's hysterically ram-rod straight!
