The glans losing sensitivity is common over 65 or so. I invite those with this problem to join my "research group." See my post, "Let's Do a Research Project," in Delayed Ejaculation, 3-20-21.
Age 79 in 2024. On testosterone replacement due to hypothalamus malfunction. (Attention depressed guys: low testosterone is a cause.) Healthy health nut but ED due to getting old. Like to keep enough cardiovascular ability to thrust for 30 min.

R.R.P 2011 Mayo Jacksonville, Dr. M. Wehle. Not nerve sparing. C in margins. Radiation 2023, V.E.D, Viagra and PGE-1 (80mcg/ml) injections @ 8 - 14 units. Originally Edex20, then compounded PGE due to cost. Inject. 12 yrs. It works. Treasure coast of FL.

age ..mes ... diabetes .. no foreskin all are factors let alone nerve issues and spine issues .. I had a spine dr. told me "workers comp dr. " of course that my losing my erection when I moved my back a certain way had nothing to do with my spine ... he said age .. I was in mid 30's fairly healthy ..and could make it happen at will if I put my back in the right position ..

I didn't mean to imply that I rub Androgel on my penis. I was using Axiron gel in the underarm 30mg. DE has returned so I'm back to basics, no porn or jerking off unless I'm with my wife. Worked before but it's tough now that our sex drives are out of sync. I'm going to try using 60mg of Sudafed 2 hours before sex which Dr Kohler at the Mayo Clinic told me. I just don't want insomnia either. I'll look into the Yohimbe too
