You might want to consider the generic version of Cialis daily from NorthWest Pharmacy in Canada. In my opinion (and experience), it works just as well as the name brand, and you can sometimes get a month's supply for about $30 when there is a special. A prescription is required from this Canadian pharmacy, but my doctor's office has never refused to confirm my prescription.

I have been married for 26 years. I am 50. I would think a greater percentage of men are not able to perform as we go up in age. People have knees and hips replaced. This is really no different. I think it might freak out a 20 or 25 year old woman but a woman over 50 I think is going to be happy that she has found someone who can perform longer than she can. Are you saying that a younger woman might detect the implant? In the penis? The pump in the scrotum?
