Hello everyone, I am a 20 year old boy. 4 months ago I had an accident with my penis which bent to the left and rang and blam. After that I had a lot of problems getting erect and my penis started to shrink. to the point that my corpora cavernosa at the base are thin almost like a thread. When they erect they expand regularly but not like before. My only solution is an implant. Someone here had an implant with estechez or penile atrophy. I'm worried that my case is not salvageable. I should give up and be impotent all my life . I went to three urologists and they told me I was amazed. I had a Doppler echo and the doctor says there is nothing.

Your post is a little confusing. You say you have atrophy of the cavernosa ("almost like a thread"?) but that a doppler also revealed no issue. Have you gotten any kind of solid confirmation, aside from just some doctor's unverified opinion, that you indeed have atrophy/fibrosis?

Your problem sounds like it could be similar to what I was experiencing, which was a tight, contracted corpora which came on following a bacterial infection (I suspect an injury could do the same); it caused "hourglassing" and strange bending in the penis. I too was apprehensive about the implant, but it's so far solved all my issues; the doctor even confirmed that I had great blood flow and no corporeal fibrosis (which shocked me after four years of the tight corpora causing impaired blood flow, lack of nocturnal erections).

But, please, DO NOT just follow suit. First exhaust every other possible issue which could be causing your ED.

thanks my friend. I will treat my proximal part, it is very thin, I am worried that I will not be able to place the prosthesis. The base or proximal part is very important for the prosthesis. I really don't care about losing size, the only thing I want is to be firm again.

I suggest to not worry. Lots of good drs implant men with bent, crooked or hourglass penises. From what I understanding what your saying. I think they would treat it like peyronies. Very commmon problem. The technics are well known & used very frequently.

Bottom line, any decent dr can get an IPP in you. It might require you some time cycling it daily but IPP's can fix it. I won't say it'll be fast or fun. It takes time for damage like peyronies to be corrected. Several members have posted their experiences. You should try searching for them. Maybe use the word "hourglass" to get started.

Not sure about the 3 urologist you saw…. Were they specialist in sexual health and penile issues and also relatively high volume implanters that understand what an implant can and can’t do? Maybe you need to see a specialist. If your in the states I would suggest one of the top 3-4 surgeons to get a qualified opinion first and foremost!
