Tips on pt141

Hi everyone, I have a question about pt141. I've been using it for a few weeks with great results, can you tell me how many times a week it can be used? Here in Italy it is still not very well known, and I was advised to use it a maximum of three times a week. Do you think it is possible to use it more than 3 times a week? Is it better to use it with a few days' interval or can it also be used for two or three consecutive days?

PT-141 is a peptide meaning it will build a very fast resistance. The more often you use it the less effective it will become. So less is better, like once a week.
Also beware increasing dosage to get the same effect. I learned the hard way that the nausea that usually accompanies peptides could be severe.
Last time I used I puked for the best part of a day. I ended up throwing away the rest of my supply and am sticking with the Trimix only. Which I may say makes an instant controllable hardon, where the Peptides can be sporadic and not on demand wood.

Thanks for the tip, luckily I have never had nausea or headaches, the only problem is the redness and heat in the face immediately after the injection, which however disappears in about half an hour. I could have got on Trimix 7 years ago, my Doc said it would work but the idea of injecting my dick was not going to happen. Fast forward and I wanted my sex life back. So to inject I bought an autoinject which takes some of the fear out of it.
I now am injecting without it and I actually enjoy the process now.
Glad the 141 is working for you and the side effects are not severe, as it did make me extremely horny.

I've been experimenting. I have 10mg vials from 5 different peptide houses. My results are so varied that I don't know what works and doesn't work. Out of 6 instances, I had one durable and strong erection (so concerned about priapism that I got injectable phenylephrine and OTC Sudafed, but a little ice did the trick) and one time with zero effect. The others had mostly mildly positive effects but it's hard to, with certainty, attribute the good result to the PT-141. Most times, my dose is between 1.2 and 2.4mg.

I've paid around $40 to $60 for these, probably imported from China, 10mg lyophilized bottles. To get a better idea of it's real efficacy, I have ordered 10mg from a legitimate compounding pharmacy. This cost $146 and required a prescription. But I hope to see if this really works.

To answer the OP's original question, Vyleesi (the FDA approved variant) is limited to twice weekly. Like others have said, it should be more effective with less frequent use. It's possible my attempt that had zero effect was because I had used it too frequently. I'm taking 1-2 weeks off while I await arrival of the compounded version to make sure I give it the best possible chance.

Can you compare Melanotan2 to PT-141 as they relate to erection effectiveness and orgasm ease?

You injected yourself with 2.4 mg…what effect did it have? I have always stopped at 1mg maximum. I would also like to try melatonan2 but since I have a lot of moles it was advised against it.
