I agree with FT1234.... because of your age , I'd exhaust every option BEFORE getting an implant. Get a 2nd and 3rd opinion. Having said that , a penile implant is not the end of the world, to the contrary, its pretty awesome. Especially if you're unable to achieve an erection. There's a reason why they call it the " Bionic Brotherhood, " it really is like having super sex powers. Extra curricular activities like martial arts won't be a problem.
