Oh your going to love the malleable brother, no worries of failure and ready to go right now, I felt a lot of pressure for about 3 weeks after surgery, after that everything seems to fall into place, and now my dick feels completely natural, concealment is never a problem here either.
I didn't loose any length either, and I lost about a 1/2 inch in girth which I'll gladly trade for all the pro's of having a MPP, and not worrying about the next failure that (WILL) eventually happen with the IPP.

It's worth noting that some of the negativity seems to come from individuals with no experience with malleables or only a brief, three-month stint in a difficult IPP infected setting with a low-volume malleable surgeon. This can lead to suboptimal outcomes and misconceptions. It's interesting how some people frequently seek to validate their decisions, often driven by insecurities and the need to downplay other options.

I'm getting an IPP in December, but I think I will eventually end up with a malleable, because I won't tolerate too many surgeries. I may even get one on the first revision

I actually haven't measured. That said, before I had taken down all of the dressings,I actually thought I had maybe lost some girth. Now, however, I see that my penis looks like my erection before surgery and am about 5 1/2-6" I am very happy with my choice and would do it all again tomorrow.

This seems to be a good size. I have a feeling most of the problems guys run into are with the 13 mm rods

I wonder if a Tactra with 11mm rods has less spring-back than a Rigicon 10 with 13 mm rods

All malleable rods seem to have a break-in period. A lab test on the breakin point for non-springback memory bend would be beneficial. We all know they bend and what end users want is bend memory in the real world and not your 135 degree handout bullshit (Hi Rigicon) and that calls for thoughtful engineering R&D.

Prosthesis manufacturers could conduct these tests for the benefit of their users. However, Coloplast and Boston Scientific may not have the incentive to do this for their lower-demand malleable market share.

I hope Rigicon takes the initiative, as I understand the company's founder is a high-volume surgeon in Turkey with extensive experience, having performed thousands of implants himself.

I'm 7 weeks out from my revision surgery with the Rigicon 10 mallabble. I went from 13mm x 17 to 13mm x 20 since apparently I was undersized from the beginning and was the cause of my recent failure. I'd swear that this implant is stiffer than the last one and harder to bend but I'm sure I'm imagining it. I was told by my surgeon after I healed each time I took a shower to bend the implant up ...down .. and left and right .. I'd assume that is to break in the hinge to some degree. Not ever having an IPP implant to compare it to I have no idea of the difference in feeling size etc ... I have not measured since the revision but I appear to have lost nothing and have gained some length. I'm happy I decided to go with the mallabble in the end and hope I continue to feel that way as I heal and perhaps get to use it in the future.

friend I can't understand what type of implant you had, another thing I don't understand, why at 7 weeks with a revision of a malleable you still haven't had sex? could you clarify and maybe put your signature?
