Can anyone recommend a good sex toy that you have personally found to work well with your implant?

Are you talking for the penis or anal? Pretty much anything you would use prior to implant should also work with one
50 yrs old. E.D. issues started around age 35, combo venous leak/testicular failure. Bilateral testicular implants for severely atrophic testes. Implanted 6/11/20 Dr. Kramer LGX 21cm + 1.

Fleshlights. There is a variety you can check out
ED for number of years. Used pills and Quadmix. Venous leakage too much to overcome. IPP is only solution to my issue.Coloplast Titan 18cm+3cm RTE's on June 20,2022....Revision September 11,2023. Second revision September 9,2024 20+3

My issue with flesh lights is that the grip is rather tight and I wonder if that could damage cylinders.
I don't want to be gross, but I don't think there is anything more satisfying than the hand with a good lubricant. My favorite is Wicked Cream. Unfortunately, I don't stay stiff long enough anymore to enjoy it

Born 6/15/74. I have substantial venous leak with fairly severe hour-glassing, but no hard plaques. My urologist is sexual health expert Dr. Laurence Levine who performed a Doppler Ultrasound and diagnosed me with VL in 2020. I also have mild BPH

Noted. Thank you for that lubricant suggestion. I appreciate it. I see what your are saying, the hard plastic case can keep the sleeve tight. Do you think a good lubricant would compensate for the tightness on the cylinders.

I am 6 weeks in, starting to use cock rings again…. Once I learned how to pop the pump in…
It’s just as awesome as before, and even gives good access to my pump!

No…. But 2 days ago I had my first ‘Glans’ erection since my surgery, ….
Used a rubber cock ring, pumped up and did the deed! Was the best yet since my surgery.
I’m hoping for more of that as I continue to heal!
