Thanks for the advice Aussie, it was a very thoughtful post, but I think there is some confusion. I don't have an implant yet. I am getting an AMS in December.

There is another poster and I think his name may also be Mark. He goes by M666RKF and he has been distressed about the bulge from his Titan. He hasn't written on this thread I don't think.
Born 6/15/74. I have substantial venous leak with fairly severe hour-glassing, but no hard plaques. My urologist is sexual health expert Dr. Laurence Levine who performed a Doppler Ultrasound and diagnosed me with VL in 2020. I also have mild BPH

meanwhile women at the beach wear a string in between their butt cheeks getting as close to naked as possible . and skin tight yoga pants or short shorts every where else . and guys are worried that people in public will notice a slight hint of manhood?
when i was in my late 20s my then gf asked me to NOT wear any underwear in my tight jeans so the other girls could see what she was getting .hahaha . i did and yeah , the girls did check it out . with my malleable implant i have now i could do the same thing ,but not need tight pants . or just wear snug briefs to keep barely noticeable .

I wonder if the AMS is the same ( I think the 700-CX would be) as the Titan deflated . A deflated implant is really just a soft erection. It really doesn't shrink much ( the LGX does from my research) .

And hopefully you can understand why some guys don't want to walk around their elementary school with a soft erection 24/7

are those guys not wearing underwear and a pair of yoga pants? other wise there isnt a problem . unless they have an ipp and have it pumped up to " lets fock now" level . but why would anyone do that out in public?

I guess the lesson I'm learning is .... the stress of working around kids with an implant is greater than the stress and depression ED brings into a man's life .

I would say that when flaccid should not be a concern between the AMS And Coloplast. I have coloplast and visually it has the dog-ear appearance when completely flaccid. I would think with either, you are able to completely conceal over clothing. I think would only be a problem in very tight clothing, but I don't think it would be any different concealment with ams vs coloplast.

I had my first implant for a few months and was going to the bank, wearing sweat pants. As I was leaving my wife said that I needed to adjust my penis because of the bulge. I looked in the mirror and said, “walk proud”. And while in the bank, I did get a couple of stares. The bulge still doesn’t bother me.
