Is this a troll?
Born 6/15/74. I have substantial venous leak with fairly severe hour-glassing, but no hard plaques. My urologist is sexual health expert Dr. Laurence Levine who performed a Doppler Ultrasound and diagnosed me with VL in 2020. I also have mild BPH

No physician who is reputable would recommend an implant to someone who doesn't have organic E.D.

I can't imagine getting an implant to be able to have sex with men when I am heterosexual.

I still don't know if you are trolling.

Are you in a Muslim country?

Oh my God the temptation to go big time philosophical here. Must….maintain….a sense of decorum.

The majority, albeit not all, medical doctors abide by the Hippocrates oath. “First, do no harm.”

Obviously that does not include the doctors who mutilate the genitalia of people to reinforce gender dysphoria, a psychological condition.

I tend to be pretty much a freedom absolutist. But freedom to do anything is predicated on not interfering with the rights and freedoms of others.

If a heterosexual woman enters into a relationship with a homosexual man, she needs to do so knowingly and be aware that may cause some sexual dysfunction problems down the road when her male companion cannot perform. Strap-on or fun with dildos, anyone?

There are other viable and non surgical options available. And I suspect you will find a doctor willing to do it for the money. That doesn’t mean it’s ethical or wise.

The best answer is for the woman to find herself a heterosexual male with whom to mate and the homosexual male to find another homosexual male and avoid any sort of a disastrous charade. People who deny their real nature and then see their secrets emerge later in life invariably create hellacious messy situations.
Age 68. Physically fit educated red neck in Texas. Very married. 23 cm (18+5) of LGX installed by Dr. Bryan Kansas 12/31/2019. I fought the ED and my wife & I won. I’m either full of shit or sound advice. You decide which.

I totally I agree. I know we shouldn't get political, but this seems beyond politics. I can't believe the medical profession is so afraid to do the right thing and stop these practices. I think it's cowardice

If he was in a Muslim country they would throw him off a building with his hands tied behind his back.
