Unique ejaculation issue

Postby Vvs111 » Tue Aug 06, 2024 7:29 pm

I’m trying to recover from zero libido, no morning/spontaneous wood, decreased ejaculation volume, and anorgasmia that happened suddenly. Any chance of erection is mainly due to varying stimulation/must be sitting. I can notice when I’m about to make the point of no return, and anticipate ejaculation, but no orgasm at all. Erection will cease.

As of recently—
I’ve noticed when I’ve had a decent erection, I’ll have a lot of ejaculate come out without much feeling. It happened today in the shower but I was still able to stay hard, keep going and then have a mild orgasm.

Maybe someone could point me in the right direction about causes so I can solve everything.

Thank you and best wishes

Are you on TRT? I have been on Androgel for years now and without it, I have zero libido. I take a pretty good dose and I can say I am horny most of the time at 67.

I would have a full medical evaluation complete with blood work..Could be hormonal like low T, or thyroid issues etc. With unknown and recent physical changes a full medical work up is really necessary to pin-point what's going on with you. That's just my experience with issues I've had over the years....in fact one such evaluation saved my life..Good Luck
