Cialis for PE?

One out of Three men in America suffer with PE. It's the largest sexual dysfunction there is. Since there is no discussion board dedicated to PE so far, we will try to fill the need here!

Cialis for PE?

Postby Nocturne » Fri Mar 10, 2017 11:02 pm

I do not have PE, although I have experienced it a few times in my younger years.

I do take Cialis, though, in small amounts due to low T issues/damage and premature plaque/endothelial damage.

I find that even at my small dose of 2.5 mg EOD, I can have difficulty reaching orgasm, and this higher the dose I take the more difficulty I can have.

At 5 mg daily I was having to break a sweat and thrust for much longer than my wife needed or wanted me to in order to chase down my orgasms. She often had to count me down or use some other trick to get me to be able to cum.

I am wondering if this drug can help men who actually have PE to stave off orgasm.
Genetically sky-high Lp(a) of 390 led to various heart diseases. Ultra-low testosterone of 120 (now 480 with Clomid) also contributed to ED at age 41. Managing with daily Cialis, but for me, the implant is a "when", not an "if".

Cialis is an excellent drug but only treats ED, not PE.

Oral phentolamine mesylate, however, improves both ED and PE. Phentolamine is not Viagra, it is an alpha blocker that stops sympathetic action (the sympathetic nervous system mediates ejaculation and detumescence) in the penis, thus improving blood flow and delaying ejaculation.
Age 40. Psychogenic ED for over 20 years. Current regimen: Udenafil 200 mg, oral phentolamine mesylate 40 mg, Seredyn.

Yes, it is a precription drug and you should always consult your doctor first.

Oral phentolamine is not available in the US but it is an approved ED treatment in several countries.

I recommend finding a good Chinese forwarder, I'll send you a PM with more details.

I had same experience with Cialis; I always had PE and daily 5mg of Cialis makes it very hard to impossible to orgasm.

If I take viagra (50mg) or cialis (10mg) once (not daily) then it makes everything 'just right', I could last much longer than usual but still orgasm every time.

This experience was very consistent for a few years.
46 yr o, always had PE until late 30s (it somehow resolved by itself). ED started late 20s (unknown origin). Pills stopped working mid-30s. Due for implant in Dec 2020 with Dr. Eid

Cialis is really designed to treat erectile dysfunction, not premature ejaculation. The main effect of the drug is associated with improving blood flow to the penis, which helps to achieve and maintain an erection. However, it does not directly affect ejaculation control.

In your case, if Cialis makes it difficult to achieve orgasm, this is due to its effect on improving blood circulation and possibly reducing sensitivity. But this does not mean that the drug will effectively cope with PE. Other methods and drugs are most often used to treat PE, such as anesthetic creams, behavioral techniques, or drugs specifically designed for this purpose.
I buy Viagra, Cialis, Priligy and other meds only at a trusted pharmacy, always excellent quality and fast delivery. I recommend a trusted pharmacy.
