Yesterday was my three-week follow-up appointment. Got myself partially deflated. Still keeping it at noon, but moving around is easier now. Surgeon said what I thought was incision scabbing was just glue that I could probably remove in the shower, and started flaking it off. So I think I still look lumpy, but it's still got some healing to do. At least another three weeks with no sexual activity too.

Same dick, different day. Day 26, actually. Still lumpy, puffy, and sore along the shaft. My sac and area around the pump are less sore now, so I must be getting used to it.

This was day 38.

Today is day 41... D-Day. My doctor should "activate" me today, and clear me for the sexual activities.

At my six-week follow-up, the doctors pumped me up and deflated me, then made sure I was able to do it myself. So I came home and pumped it up for a first look.

That's something I'm going to have to get used to TBH. I was bigger before, but also in these pics I'm only pumped, not aroused. I'll learn whether that makes a difference.

I also still have some healing and growing to do, so it will be months yet until I'm completely settled.

I'm happy with it overall, and am glad I did it. It can only get better!

U look great!! Hair is starting to come back in, that has to feel better!! So glad u r this far in ur outcome!! Let us know when u r able to use, u’ll enjoy.

I wanted to share a side-by-side before and after. The left photo is a natural erection from 2020. The right photo is my AMS 700 CX 6 weeks post-op in 2024. I've got a ways to go, but although it's currently a bit shorter, I think there's more girth. What do you think?

definitely more girth, less length. I would prefer to have more girth.

I look forward to the stamina the implant provides to be able to take my time and enjoy the sensations again
