What’s the best malleable that gives maximum size?

The final frontier. Deciding when, if and how.

The study you're referring to is based on outcomes observed at one high volume center. The principal investigator of the study is from Al-Themal Medical Center in Abha, Saudi Arabia.

I wonder if the complication rates and sizing correlations noted in the study are specific to the Middle Eastern population and anatomy. Whether these findings would apply to the U.S., Europe, or other parts of the world is uncertain.

Perhaps the rod diameter and complication correlation question can only be answered through a study that represents different anatomical diversities of other populations.

Yes, I’m an Indian male with a 7.9 inch penile length and sizeable girth, large rod do exist here as well

Sizing challenges seem to be a red flag with Promedon.

I’m thinking to keep it simple and get a Tactra. It seems like the best implant. If I do lose a lot of girth, I guess fat injections are always an option , but honestly a little bit of girth loss vs finally resolving ED

Let's be honest —there’s no perfect implant, and our main goal is to achieve sufficient ability for penetrative intercourse!

My only concern with the Tactra is its lack of a hydrophilic coating, which is particularly important for diabetic patients. If you have diabetes, consider the Rigi10 instead.

And we shouldn't let one retarded sales rep or surgeon dissuade us from selecting a good product :D

Is 7.9 inch common in India or are you in the top 1% of the population in terms of size?

Interestingly I grew up in New York , so I ate exactly what Americans ate, played rugby etc , which I believe contributed to growth in all parts.

I think the Indian men with smaller penises may not have had access to nutrition or be malnourished.

Also I meant large diameter rods in Malleable’s exist here as well. I did not wish to make a crude remark of my penis.

I think the key takeaway is not to pressure your surgeon into choosing a larger size. If you're a larger individual, select a brand that offers higher sizes, but ultimately, trust your high volume surgeon to make the final sizing decision.
