I've heard from some friends that the Titan's flaccid state, with its dog ears, tends to feel uncomfortable and stiff. In contrast, the AMS offers a softer and more comfortable flaccid state. You spend majority of your time in the flaccid state!

If you use your erection 1 hour a day, that's a lot. That leaves you with a flaccid fir 23 hours. My AMS gets rock hard for sex and a natural looking dick thecrestcof the time. That's why I went with AMS.

I'm quite happy w/ my OTR, no plans to change when a revision needed.

Just received mine a few weeks ago, couldn't be happier and worked great last night, the flaccid state is the best between the two.

There are pro's and cons of both. I will be going for my third Coloplast (switching from OTR to old one though).

I think the guys that initially get Coloplast (if they have a choice from surgeon) are doing so for the wrong reason. Titan and CX when its erect is probably the same in terms of rigidity and girth for most people. I appreciate the durable material COloplast is made out of esp with my severe Peyronie's.

When flaccid, Titan has a funny look. I just leave 2-3 pumps in there and corrects it, but you have a small bulge that's easy to conceal.

I have no proof to back this statement up, but from what I've read on FT over the past few years it seems that many men realize when given the choice that a more comfortable, more normal looking flaccid is much more important than they initially thought.

I've read on FT many times of men saying "I'm not choosing an implant for the best flaccid, I want the best erection!" Well, many seem to find out that all in all, the erect state of the Titan and the CX are so similar that it really does come down to the better, more comfortable and more normal looking flaccid, and the AMS products seem to be much better at all those things. Also, as has been pointed out, you'll be dealing with a flaccid 97% of the rest of your life (if you have sex a few times a week until the day you die), so men that are given the choice when having a revision realize how important that is day to day.

I'm convinced that if the AMS was named the "GODZILLA" rather than the CX, more men would spend a little more time learning about the differences before deciding on which implant to get. But since one is called the (boring) CX/LGX and the other is called the TITAN, it's no surprise that men gravitate to the Titan, noting that it can get marginally stiffer than the CX so it must be better. In my case, my wife prefers 80% inflation, so even my CX gets much harder than I'll ever use, even more hardness is not worth all the other issues I found I personally didn't like about the Titan.
