even if many are happy with the titan, don't take it, you can have the same rigidity when erect with ams cx, I'm unhappy both when flaccid and when erect, I should have a review in September, if my implantologist doesn't keep his word to replace it by paying only the device I will find another implantologist and put a malleable to put a stop to it forever

I'm very happy with my titan. I'm only 7 weeks out of surgery so still healing but I've had sex 10+ times now & it gets as hard as I'd ever need or want it to be. Still is a little painful all the way inflated but that goes away I'm told. I feel like I lost a little bit of girth but I'm told that may sort itself out too. It's a small amount different but honestly would trade that little bit of girth for this titan anyway so even if it doesnt come back with cycling I'll be happy. The flaccid state is taking some getting used to. I've always been a grower & now am definitely a shower. My flaccid hangs down & is much bigger than ever before. It shows in swim trunks or gym shorts but to me looks like a big dick only. If I fully deflate I have a crease I can feel on the right side at the base so I keep a little fluid in there. If I'm being picky I'd say that is annoying but I wouldn't go back. With a little fluid in it it's just a big looking bulge to me & hangs down like I'm well endowed. I'm still healing but I have no regrets on my titan. Good luck to you man!

I’m on my second Titan- this time Dr. Eid went with the classic pump instead of the OTR- The first one only lasted 2 1/2 years due to fracture of the tubing. This seems to be a common issue with the Titan. My partner and I love it hard and soft.

Of course I run my implant into the ground with sex on the order of 10 times per week. Hoping the classic model lasts a lot longer, Dr. Eid seems to think it will.

But Titan classic is the way to go... the prominent "bar" of the AMS sucked.

Much prefer the rigidity of the Titan... didn't care for the stretchy LGX flaccid it's marked for

Drhite — could you go into a little more detail about the prominent “bar” of the AMS? This is the first I’m hearing of that.
