Are you a grower and have implant?

I've just read a post and someone said, imagine your flaccid penis, and an implant is that with 2 rock hard plastic rods in there when inflated. But for a grower surely this doesn't look good in terms of size? with an erection now I'm around 6.5-7in but as a grower very small when not aroused. How will this look with the implant (I'm in the process of inquiring about it). Visually I can't imagine it looking natural. My issue is blood flow so without blood flow will the implant still look natural or good?

This post you read doesn't match my experience at all. There are two issues here, size and blood flow.

The implant size is based on stretching your penis out, not on your flaccid size. I used to be a grower, but now I am a shower. Some people do complain about losing a little bit of length, but I've never heard of anyone talking about it being like flaccid size but with hard rods. Some people say the loss of size is because the penis atrophied during lack of erections because of ED. Others say everyone loses a little. A handful claim to have grown a bit.

On blood flow, there are two areas that swell up independently. One is your corpora cavernosa, which is the part that turns hard. But there's also the head of your cock and the area around the urethra which get fuller and more spongy. In my case, the problem was veinous leak, so I had plenty of blood flow into both the hard part and the spongy part, but the hard part wouldn't stay hard. Post implant, the spongy part still swells just fine. For some people, the flow into the spongy part doesn't work so well, so they use viagra/cialis or tablets into the urethra to help with that.

I agree with all. I was definitely a grower. I was 3-1/2 to 4 inches and maybe 5” girth flaccid prior to implant. Immediately after I was 6-1/4” flaccid and prob 5-1/2” girth. My max hard on was just shy of 7” and hit a full 7” in a VED prior. Immediately after implant I was maybe 5-3/4 to 6 if I was deflated.Within a year it was back to original measurement when pumped to the max.But flaccid is now more like 5 -1/4 to 5-1/2 and still 5-1/2 girth flaccid. If I hold deflate and just bend my dick down to get a little xtra fluid out it looks totally normal and feels soft and maybe a little plump. If I squeeze it all I can get out of it it looks deformed and very flat. So as it breaks in the cylinders get much softer. At this point I stopped squeezing it to deflate. I just hold button in and let deflate all it will to equalize pressure in resivoir. Then bend my dick over my finger just a little and it then feels and looks totally normal. The biggest issue you will face after implant is that you’re so used to seeing a small shrunken shower that it seems very big and out of place. This is why we get SO many questions about afraid of showing and how to hide it and looking like a pervert. Once you get used to being a shower it just seems natural and you stop worrying about it! For some this happens about 2-3 months and others it takes 10-12 months and recently there was a guy in here who had a revision very shortly after his implant because he couldn’t stand the way the titan looked and felt! I personally love mine and would go back with another as fast as I can get it done if and when this one fails!

I am 5.5 soft and 6 hard. I had a first date with lady so put 7 pumps in it. Her hand moved to it as we watched a movie. Just saw this post after visiting Urologist couple of days ago. First of all if you read the literature, after implant, rod length does not change when inflated or deflated. My dick is 6.25"L deflated and inflated. It might be a tiny bit smaller girth wise but not much when deflated. Every girl I know that has felt it when deflated thinks it is fine. It does feel very firm..... I was a grower before the IPP surgery, now a shower albeit in a flaccid state, you might not think so. The little fat pad at the base of my dick seems to hide the length when flaccid but if you put a hard ruler to it, about the same size. There is considerable research on this subject by different health groups that indicate hardly any change in length. This past Thursday, my urologist did tell me, if I took a Viagra or Cialis befoe sex, it is very possible the glans would go back to normal size when aroused as the blood supply to glans was not totally cut off by the IPP surgery. So even though my wife likes it the way it is, I will try to Cialis next time to see if it does in fact help a little. Hope this helps. Golden

I was a grower and not a shower before I got my implant. You'll definitely be more of a shower after the implant. My wife doesn't won't my bulge to show when we are out in public mainly when I wear sweat pants, she'll want me to wear a long shirt to cover the bulge, but it isn't that much in my opinion, it's just more than she is use to. She doesn't say very much about it now that I'm 33 months out from surgery, I think she has gotten use to the small bulge.
It doesn't show while I'm in jeans.
I would say mine is around 4.5 inches totally deflated and looks like a natural flaccid dick and when fully inflated it is 6.25 inches.
