My belief is most women, if not all, won't tell their partners that they know he has an implant. There are many reasons they could just be silent about it and just enjoy it.
For some, it is about not to bring up something that the man doesn't want to talk about. Others may believe that he should tell it.
For those who had suffered ED for years, how would they think that women don't notice about the 180-degree change. Of course, there is no miraculous treatment that turns a dead penis into a super f**king machine.

I'm not going to get into the fight here cause I'm a Schizoid who's never had regular human relationships, but I will say back when I first saw this post I didn't understand on a practical level how you couldn't. My theory is most girls just want to give up control to men in the bedroom and be told what to do and get fucked. Tell her you will tell her what to do throughout. First tell her to take off her shirt. This last part is very important. Even more so here in Europe where I am. 98% of penile implant surgeries are performed in the US. So the awareness, that those things exist is PRETTY low here in europe. Maybe even in the US, I dont know, but even more so here.

You (we) live in kind of a bubble. Go outside of urolohy-talk and implant forums and you will realize, that this topic is widley unknown. I am active in a lot of other (sexual/penile oriented and PE realated) forums and when you bring up the word "implant", 9 out of 10 times IF they ever heard something its guys thinkig about growing their dick and they will think you are talking about Penuma or similar.

So I can imagine that if not even guys are aware, that this exist, girls most likley wont either. Maybe its an age thing, I am 30 yo, but I dont think so. So if I tell anyone about the upcoming surgery, no matter if male or female, everyone is asking what it is, how it works, what comes with it, advantages, downsides and so on...
