I disagree. It seems that most men answering are answering the basic yes or no part of the topic. Then go on to explain their relationship as to their answer. My case in point. I could answer yes & no. My late wife knew about it. But obviously any future SO doesn't know right now because I don't even know who she is yet.

She has known of both, 2006 and 2024. Brought me to and from the hospital, went with me to an office visit and spoke to the doctor after the surgery.

Yes, indeed my wife knows about my implant. When we are getting ready for sex, she says do you have him ready to go :!: and secondly, she says have you got him pumped up all the way to the max :!: :D Yeah, she likes it hard hard :!: 8-)

GT1956, Sorry about the loss of your wife. We're close in age, would you mind if I sent you a PM.

Before my implant my wife and I tried to have sex but I was unable to maintain an erection, again. I was so frustrated I I said "That's it I'm getting an implant ". Back in 2005 I was taking cialis and lost vision in my left eye. Eye was very blurry. So I tried Trimix some time later and lost vision in my right eye. Thankfully, it was from the center of the Eye and down. The top part is not blurry so I can still see to drive.

My wife was a real trooper. We loaded up car and dog and drove from Wisconsin to Houston to meet up with Dr. Clavell. She went to the hospital with me and waited until surgery was over and talked to Dr. Clavell about the surgery.

I probably could have done it without her, but it was great to have her support and company on that journey.
Age 74 Implanted 01/02/2024, Dr.Clavell AMS LGX, Ed for almost 20yrs. Cialis tried caused vision loss, Trimix also caused vision problems. Married 36 years.

I guess so. Not sure what I can add to your life. My main point is to not delay an implant because you can't see into the future. Other than that. Best I can add is I had a lifetime of industrial first aid classes. Btw, the last teacher was awesome about the realities of CPR. The part they don't prepare you for is doing CPR on your wife that you've know for over 55 years. Its an experience that is indescribable. Oh, based on the very last class I took. I realized that the success rate was very low. But it is the only chance they have so you have to do it.
