Great looking cock and if I ever have an issue, will go this way due to my age and not as flexible as I once was. This is first AMS inflate in 2016.

Implanted March 2nd by Dr. Kramer with AMS/LGX. Had a problem lower left (scar tissue) and he placed a larger (thicker) implant as you can here on the YouTube video. Got all back, ED over 10 years before Implant.

if this is a cock with an inflatable lgx it's not the right thread, post it on the cock of the day, otherwise users get confused, they think it's a malleable

Have to ask. If my penis is only 5”, is it big enough for a malleable implant?

Definitely! That is a very average/normal penis size

I don't have a malleable and I'm not a doctor, I think that with the malleable, for the erosion problem, you have to expect at least 1 cm of length loss, just my opinion eh

Yep average size and you might gain a bit when they are putting it in. I was always a grower not a shower .70 yrs old 2 years of solid ED no erection at all .Rigicon mallabble 6-2023 revised 6-2024 from a 13mm dia. x 17cm implant to a 13mm dia. x 20cm length ... in the end I'm about 6 long and about 5 1/4 to 5 1/2 dia. Best thing that can be said about a mallabble is low risk of infection .. or revesion .. quick healing for the most part. Willing to answer any questions on mallabbles I can.

How long after surgery were you allowed to bend your implant? Anyone show you how or give instructions. I’m approaching three weeks out. From wearing underwear my penis has a marked left lean. Or they left it that way from surgery. Were you scared the first time you did it?
Re: malleable cock of the day, photos and literature
My dr. had me bending it at about 6 weeks .. baby socks on the glans help the new feeling .. my old one was straight but the new one just put in tends to bend to the right ..
Re: malleable cock of the day, photos and literature
There’s no precise science on when it’s safe to start bending. Healing rates vary because of age, comorbidities, and just good old individual anatomical differences!
6-8 weeks is often the safe bet to avoid stressing stitches or tissue too early. Larger rod diameters might take longer to break in, but it’s different for everyone. You will also hear "mine came in bent from day 1"!
Plus, when people say "bending/concealing," some simply mean a gentle positioning inside snuggy underwear while others might be trying to fold it 1-2 inches from base on midshaft. So, definitions matter too!
