Unable to deflate pump on tan II

I had a Titan II implanted 6 weeks ago on Jan 7. My problem is finding the release button. The first time I pumped it up it and took close to 48 hours to get it released and then it only released 75% . I went to the Doctor Friday and he was also unable to find the release button and blamed it on the cool weather. Later that day I had a opportunity to use it and pumped it up and it worked great but I have not been able to deflate two days later. I have tried heating pads to warm the scrotum, squeezing all around to no avail. Any tips or suggestions will be appreciated.

If you have the quick release like me.....................slide you fingers up from the ball until you feel a horizontal like bar the release is about in the middle. It is probably facing the outward side mine is. If you will put pressure by rubbing your finger all the way across at the same time you are holding and squeezing your cock with the other hand, you will feel the pressure, you only have to hit one time not hold it.
