2 days ago my doctor operated on me with an ams700 cx and I really don't know what to expect from him. Could someone tell me about their experience with cx.

He also told me that I would lose size with the implant but here I have read of cases in which they recover the lost size with some exercises. I don't know if I should stick with what the doctor told me or if something can be done to recover the lost size.
