ARE YOU HAPPY WITH YOUR TITAN IN THE FLACID AND HARD STATE.

I’m happy with mine 6 months in. It’s certainly great when hard and it’s fine flaccid. I’ll put a couple pumps in it and it’s feels fine, minus the dog ears that are hidden near the base and not really visible. I like the smaller classic pump and don’t believe the AMS would be that much different flaccid. I suspect the AMS would have to have dog ears at the point where it bends too.

I'm 6 years in with my Titan and have had 0 problems. I really love my "new" flaccid size, from less than an inch to 4+ inches and my erect size, 5.5", is the same as I have always had. 14 - 16 pumps and I am rock hard. Best thing I ever did for myself!

Looks great! I’m around the same size as you. Do you have problems with dog ears at all during flaccid? And any problems with hiding the bulge? I just got implanted last week so I’m still recovering

My wife and I go to a naturist campground in France for a few weeks every summer. I was initially afraid that I'd look erect even when not inflated and that would not be tolerated at our campground.

We arrived late June, 5 months post surgery, and I spent 6 weeks nude. My flaccid would touch my balls and look like it was resting on them. When laying on the beach, it would drop over and lay on my leg. Spending that much time nude around other nude people helped me realize that I'm just another shower now.

I also got over my 'hide the bulge' hesitations. I've got a bigger flaccid dick. That's my life now.

Erect, it works when I want, for as long as I want. I lost about .5 inches from pre ED but I'm still cycling. I stick straight out and seem thicker than before.

For the first 100 days I thought I'd made a terrible mistake. Now, I wish I'd have done it years sooner.

Commando in gray sweatpants and shorts. I wear an old school jockstrap under my gym shorts and everything is supported and contained.

As for the feelings of a mistake, Dr. Hakky couldn't get my reservoir implanted in the usual location and implanted it between muscle layers on my right side. This position basically put a squeeze on my reservoir and the pressure overrode the valve in the reservoir and on the pump. I was auto-inflating to 80% less than 30 minutes after deflating.

Luckily I live 30 minutes from Dr. Hakky's office and was down at least twice a week for the first month. I was miserable. The "just give it a pump" advice on this forum wasn't cutting it. Finally, Dr. Hakky told me to get a gravity chair and use it. So I did and got some relief. Occasionally I would feel the muscles separating making room for the reservoir and after 100 days, more or less, I felt like I'd finally gotten to where I was supposed to be.

I still feel the reservoir when I'm deflated and I wonder if it's because it wasn't deflated for so long after my surgery.

Even after almost 10 years of use I‘m extremely happy with the Titan - right from the very beginning.

In my opinion guys complaining about the implant are to blame, it‘s hardly the Coloplast Titan. Out of convenience or other reasons they didn‘t see a first-class surgeon but a less-known one or even one not having the best reputation.

I love my Titan would never want a different brand.
