Thank You Guys.....

Postby Bigdog4all » Sat Aug 31, 2024 1:18 pm

I am now post plus 6 months, and everything has worked out like all of you that guided and schooled me, on what to expect. So far, this implant has been smooth sailing or slightly better than smooth sailing. Like many of you have said...."You will wonder why it took you so long for the surgery." You were right. And when you said, 'You can last as long as you want". Again you were right on. Now I can stay in that Honey Pot, for as long as I want too. And to keep it pumped partially at night, Nothing feels better than waking up feeling my thick thing during the night. So, for all you thinking about the surgery, or getting the surgery, "It's the next best thing since slice bread. Thank you brothers...

Glad to hear it, Big Dog!

If I recall correctly, you were having some trouble with the pump back when I was considering/getting my surgery earlier this year. And you had regular complaints on the board about it! I’m glad that worked out for you.

Something for all of us to keep in mind is whether expressing our temporary discomfort is helpful to all the guys who are considering or just starting their journey. It’s one thing to ask for help and express what we are truly going through, and another to express a lot of negativity that may impact others.

But I am truly glad you are here now telling us what a great experience it has been for you! Keep on fucking, brother!

Best,
Leto
49. Implanted 5/21/2024 at Kaiser SSF. AMS 700 CX 21cm, 3cm RTE. Penoscrotal. Venous leak my whole life. Pills helped, but hated the side effects; worked less as I aged. Skipped injections. Grateful to bionic brotherhood that helped me make this decision.

Yes, the Pump was the most difficult part of this entire procedure. I was truly disappointed with the pump. The hands-on, the videos, and the instructions, just didn't do it for me. I was ready to trade in my 3-piece suit for the VED back, of which I could never do. I had several meetings with the AMS Support people. They took and had the patience to really explain what was going on and the fact, I couldn't break or damage the pump. The AMS Support people I had were great. Once I got past the pump issues, it was clean sailing ahead. So the lesson of the story, Don't give up. The Implant itself, is a monumental thing for most men. It could be from fear, uncertainties, not being able to go back, you name it, we all had some fears at one time. My fear with the pump, was mostly, "Can I damage anything down there?" If I do, will I need another replacement surgery, what if it can't be repaired, you name it. And being a diabetic, I was very lucky not to have any damaging issues. So my story, PLEASE DON'T GIVE UP EVEN IF YOU FEEL SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT. It might just be in your mind.

Do you have any tips for someone like me who just recently got implanted? I have the Titan model, and I got the keychain that is supposed to be like the pump, but when I started feeling around my scrotum, I don't really know what I'm grabbing. Granted, I'm only 2 weeks out from surgery, so there might be some scar tissue and swelling there that's covering the pump. But any tips would be helpful!

At 2 weeks there is still a lot of swelling.
It's unlikely you'll be able to identify the parts by feel yet.
Be patient, and follow your doc's recommendations.
Age 59. AMS 700 LGX 21cm + 2cm RTE.
Peniscrotal, 2/23.
6.25" OEM with Cialis, about 5" post-op. (11/01: Length 6.75" and girth is up to 4.75" mid shaft.) Still growing, albeit slowly. :D
Cycling daily. Hoping to get to 7". ;)

Amen, brother.

Mine went basically flawless but I do know there have been folks that have had a rough go with it.
My Doctor told of some of the terrible work he has seen and the difficult revisions he has had to do with
Sub-standard Doctors and their shoddy work.

But, so glad to have you with us BigDog.
I just really happy you came thru on the other side of this and everything worked out.

Best wishes,

I was implanted with the AMS, so I can not comment on the Titan. But I think I can say.....2 weeks is too early for anything other than ICE & REST. Yes, I too had a couple AMS keychains. And yes, it did give me a visual of what was inside. You might try closing your eyes and use your blind gifts, when feeling around down there. It took me several weeks before I started fondling, touching, feeling, but never during that time.....squeezing. It was too painful, even with drugs, it was too painful to squeeze anything. During that time, my wife would look at my bionic thing and would say, "What you gonna do with that thing?" My only comment.....I could say, You got a $90,000K toy. Thank God, it returned to somewhat normal. Me still stretching, pulling, bending, & excising twice daily, except when I miss a day. Seems like I hit a stroke of luck. Yes, lost some length, but the Thickness Gods seemed to bless me. I didn't think you could add any girth, but I can say....something happened. Them two cylinders didn't add any length, but they do fill up fatter and hard as hell. And since the wifey prefers it slightly thicker, I'm happy. Sometimes it feels like the cylinders are gonna pop, when pumped fully. So to net it out Nix, hang in there.....Many things you will have questions to yourself. I might recommend, try to contact the Titan support team with any of the weird questions or scenarios. They may be able to help you. The AMS Support team were great meeting with me and answering all my crazy questions. Good luck.....Hang in there. I would recommend a modified Donut pillow. It was a BIG relief. Just CUT out out (REMOVE) the scrotum area, so the scrotum has a place to fall.

Thank you I appreciate it. I was getting frustrated because I know some people are already cycling at this point, and obviously the doctor knew how to inflate/deflate too. I travelled to get the surgery so going back to the office to ask for help is impossible now. That's why I'm starting to fondle and touch and try to fill out the parts, but I still dont know what's what yet and it doesnt feel like the keychain.. Im still 2 weeks out from cycling for the first time.
