I may have lost a little girth and/or length post Tactra implantation but it's difficult to tell as I didn't take accurate measurements. That said, realizing the sizing limitations of an MPP to prevent erosion, this was an easy decision for me as I was absolutely did not want an inflatable and had gotten to the point where I had no erections whatsoever. A functioning, albeit slightly smaller, cock is way better than a mostly dead one. Just my opinion of course.

that wasn't my case, and I did have ashish as my surgeon .
My operation was late afternoon , so i stayed the night . And the next day when i was unwrapped , the first thing i thought was , "hmm its kinda of skinny". there was bruising ,as in black colors, that went away in about a week .
but i had no swelling . The loss of girth I had , has not changed in 4 months time .and im positive it never will . . the spongy tissue was massacred when the dilators were used
the length is about the same ....., sort of . it seems the longest while I'm on my back , but if im going to do the girl missionary ,well its not the same as when i had my natural girthy erection . Fortunately women love to sit on it and ride , its one of their favorite positions . i had my fwb over yesterday and she went on and on in that position .actually it's kind of surprising how long they like to ride on top .
but now its a bit harder to enter in missionary ,as if its not as long .im not sure as i haven't done measurements in that position.
i had 13 mm rods and now would have liked to have15 mm if they were available ,but with tactra , 13 is the largest diameter . and rigi10 is 14 mm . i chose the tactra as it was stiffer and had no idea what kind of girth loss i should expect .
If they had some soft sleeves that could be slid over the rods to increase the diameter , i would consider having the implant done again . i miss the 6 inch girth and the upper half of the shaft is hard with no padding ., but for now , i will eventually go to korea the regain the girth with HA fillers .
as far as why 11 mm rods are used more often in india ,i would say its due to their penis size . While i was there a nice Indian fellow who let me borrow his phone charger , was complaining that he could " feel something inside him " i assume he meant he could fell the rods back behind his scrotum . any ways he wanted to show his result and lets just say , it was like ok that is a bit smaller .
so the reason for the smaller diameter rods
one more thing about how people talk to each other in india , they have that cast society . and its apparent that if someone considers themselves higher up the success ladder ,they have no issue with talking down to a person in a matter that we in the usa would find rude . a fellow American i met there noticed the same thing, and he was the one who brought it up. so yeah ,not just me . haha

Thedriver is a Genesis stud and you are a Tactra stud The Indian Shah implant is available in a 15mm diameter, which is the largest I’ve heard of in the malleable world. Also, when you tested the rods in Ashish’s office, was he showing you the largest diameter rods in all brands? He seems biased toward Tactra on his channel. Is he displaying the largest diameter for Tactra and thinner ones from other brands? Just curious.

yeah good point . i dont recall the size of the differnt brands.
i did..not ..[edit] see the shaw has 15 mm rods , but if i remember right its the least rigid and has zero memory . and i wasn't interested in it .so didn't try out the shaw or even see it .. there is no metal in it so it springs up on it's own . that might be ok with tight stretchable underwear, which i wear now. so now im curious about that brand .haha
