Hi guys, I'm looking for help. 1 year and 6 months ago I had a trauma to my penis, since then I can't maintain an erection.
I went for a Doppler ultrasound with 20mcg of Caverjet and it gave me an erection that lasted 3 hours and they had to drain me with a syringe.
The values ​​were EDV 4.4 and 3.7 with a firm erection.
The doctor told me that I should use injections from now on, but I ran away after that episode of priapism.
Today, after a year, I'm considering starting injection therapy, but my new urologist says that I don't need them and doesn't want to teach me.
I want to tell him that I'm 31 years old and I don't know what to do.
Maybe it's time to start injections with a low dose.
Others tell me that I'm too young to use injections, that I should use a ring, but the erection is not firm, I listen to your opinions.

After a situation like you've been through I'd be scared of using any injectable. And that is BS when a doctor says you are too young to use injections. If it's difficult to maintain an erection for sex than something needs changed. If the doc you're seeing won't help you it's time to find a new one. Best of luck.

In my experience, and talking to other guys with ED, Urologists suck. They are there to help with bladder and kidney function. If you need help with erections, they throw a pill at you... nothing more. Find a better urologist or look into a sexologist.

You get more help on this site than anywhere else. People who are living the experience honestly and openly. I finally saw a Urologist in Canada (after about a year wait). He didn't ask me any questions except how long I have been married and when I quite smoking (1998). After that he asked me what I was there for. I said a script of Trimix which he delivered.

Oh he did tell me that if I was ever thinking of an implant that it takes two years of paperwork but the Gov't will pay for the implant. He was very sour on malleable and pushed inflatables. If it happens; from what I have read here is that I would go for a malleable and probably do it in India.
I don't mind a bulge at my age.

I have been injecting for 6 months now and sex has never been better. Use .2 of a very lite mixture. Start low and work up.

My question is have you (Bambino09) tried using a cock ring.

I have used a cock ring for over 20 years. First by itself then 10 years or so later when I started using (generic) viagra.
Then 2 years ago I started using Trimix. I still use a cock ring.
The cock ring definately help get and hold the erection.

The key to finding a good fittinc cock ring is one not too tight and not too loose. I've experimented with over a dozen cock rings before finding one that works well and lasts more than a couple months.

No I don't need one as yet. I just plump up with the VED and then inject at 3 or 9. Great erection for over an hour.
