Aw hell. I wish you were joking but I’m pretty sure you’re not.
I’ll put it this way: he should probably plan on staying where he is. He should never, ever contemplate opening up a medical practice in Texas. Not with that attitude.
At the very least the first patient he refers to as bastard or bitch would stomp a mud hole in his ass. Worst case you’d face a fine for misdemeanor battery with provocation. I’m not sure any court would even find you guilty.

This isn't my personal experience, but it's what I've heard from others. Dong (OP) dodged a bullet by seeking a second opinion from Dr. Clavell.

so what was the issue ? You were undersized?
I had ashish as my surgeon in india as well . I did use a vac before the operation off and on for a month . I don't think I lost much length, but quite a bit of girth .
I see some members here state they had pain and swelling afterward and noticed their rods were inserted at the top of the shaft. That might be a better procedure in the long run , but cause more difficulty with bending after the operation . i don't know.
my incision was actually just below the lower shaft on the scrotum .
i had no pain or swelling and no problem bending the day after the operation .
as far as his attitude, yeah ,I think in general in India people with a " higher status " tend to talk down to people for what ever reason
my interaction with him a few times . with a few questions once when he didn't answer a text for nearly 2 days . ,i would say he has "blunt" ,
but with his operation i had no problems , other than the loss of girth .
