have had erectile diffusion after hurting my penis.
I had a Dopler ultrasound done, they injected me with 20mcg of alprotasdil, which caused priapism for 3 hours and they had to drain me.
That made my erectile diffusion worse.
I no longer have hope that this will improve, I have tried rings and cialis, I get an erection but not hard enough to give a woman pleasure.
I am very afraid of injections, not to mention implants.
The saddest thing is to be helpless and do nothing.
I could use some advice.

Don't loose hope, we know what you are going through, I had priapism myself at age 15 which left me partially impotent (I cannot have any kind of sex without huge doses of pills, and even those are now losing their potency).

Definitely do try the injections, some people like them (some even appear to love them). Sticking a needle in you penis sounds painful, but trust me it is no, and chances are that the result will please you. However, injections are personally not for me, because Alprostadil hurts in my case (again, the actual injection does not hurt, it is just a little disconcerting at first, but the active ingredient can cause some pain/discomfort), plus I don't like the idea of having to carry around a needle.

Which is why I have decided to go the implant route like many people on this forum. Good luck to you, and do not hesitate to reach out for support or if you have any question.

Get the implant is my opinion. Vast majority wish they had done it sooner, even a working bad outcome is better than your current state it sounds. When your at that point mentally, go for it. I was mentally drained, figured no sex was better than what i was currently doing. 16 months later i couldn’t be happier. Size is back, girth is the same and orgasms are better/longer lasting, i can cum and keep going, love the new bigger flaccid size, love taking my time. Only negative, it hurts for a couple months and i will have to get a replacement every 10 years.

Honestly this is the correct answer. Find a good physician who is high volume and specializes in implants as his primary practice.

I would try the injection first, just starting at very low doses. Alprostadil only is the safest.

Use what works until it doesn't. Implant is the last resort. I love mine. Wished I did it sooner
