Distal migration of the cylinder into the glans.

The final frontier. Deciding when, if and how.

Well, Dr. Leiber has moved to Northern Germany whereas I’m in the South. Because I have a free Lufthansa flight I can just as well visit New York.

Ok got it, thanks!

I was just asking also because Dr. Leiber implanted me last year in Krefeld and it was a very good experience. I trust him and his skills 100% and I am sure he would also be able to solve your issue quite quickly.

strongagain,

I have given your situation some more thought. I have a similar situation, and your photo of your glans could be a photo of mine. I hadn't paid much attention to the asymmetry before, but I can feel that the left cylinder tip protrudes beyond the right tip. This is noticeable when fully inflated. I have solved the mystery. I carry my penis on the left which requires it to bend to the left and down my left pant leg. Imagine two flexible rods of the exact same length and anchored at one end. If you bend them to the left, they will bend on different archs (radiuses). After bending, the one on the left will appear longer due to the shorter radius and will slide ahead of the other rod. If you bend them to the right, the opposite will be true. I corrected my apparent difference in length by bending my penis, while fully inflated, to the extreme right and then to the center. Both cylinders were then aligned perfectly. I think the phenomenon is more likely when you are partially inflated most of the time. I inflate to about 30% during the day and 100% at night to control incontinence. (See my original post Controlling Incontinence with an IPP.) Without this inflation, I don't think you would notice a length difference in the cylinders. Are you carrying a partially inflated penis on the left?

The good news is that you probably don't have an erosion. Do the simple exercises I mentioned, and you will probably correct the illusion of the longer left cylinder. Let me know your results.

Hello doctuth, what you wrote is highly interesting, thank you. Well, I carry him always to the right. During daytime maybe 10% inflated, at night towards the morning fully inflated for around three hours.

Surely I‘ll do as recommended by you, will let you know. Thanks again.

Thanks for your consideration. It is simple physics. I wish you success.

strongagain,

I am anxious to hear how the exercise went. You have surely had time to try it. It worked instantly for me.

Doctuth,
I have to apologize to keep you waiting.
Well, when I mentioned to keep my penis to the right I wasn’t quite clear because all my underwear are boxer shorts which means my penis is always hanging only slightly to the right, resting in my right trouser leg.

I have inflated the dick completely and bended it to the left and then quickly to the middle: it didn’t change anything which means there might be a different reason for the rather strange looking appearance. Sometimes the penis looks absolutely normal - sometimes a bit strange. Quite odd!

I think you misunderstood. If the left cylinder is ahead of the right cylinder, you need to bend it to the RIGHT. Also, bend it in the middle of the shaft not the base. This will allow the right cylinder to slide in relation to the left one and equalize the apparent lengths of the two cylinders. Since it has been that way for a while, you may need to bend it several times. Remember the physics. Bending to the RIGHT shortens the radius of the curve on the RIGHT cylinder relative to the left and allows them to equalize. Try it again.

Strongagain,
It has been quite a while with no report on how the exercise went. I'm still interested.

Hi, thank you for caring, however I won‘t do any exercises with my implant. I‘m glad it is working extremely well. My surgeon told me not to worry 'cause that 'problem‘ is far from being serious. The implant is with me for almost 10 years. Who knows, maybe a revision will be necessary anyway in the future.
