Quadmix strength

Hi guys. Trying to understand mixture strengths. I am currently injecting 100 units of what the dr calls super quadmix one.

I’ve been though trimix, quadmix and super
quadmix 1. My current strength as shown on the vial is
Alprostadil - 50 ug
Papa - 30 mg
Phento - 2 mg
Atro - 0.3 mg/ ml

Injections have been taken with either 100 mg of viagara or 20 mg of celias.


Is the above a strong formulation and dosage? How much higher does this go?

The newer quadmix will undoubtedly have more alprostadil. I'm guessing the alprostadil will go up to 80 or 100ug. If you're using 100 units (a full ml) of your current mix, then you're already getting a good dose of meds, plus the Viagra you're taking. If you aren't now then you should seriously consider experimenting with some good novelty/sex shop cock rings. They can give you another boost. I'm a big advocate of injections and cock rings but realistically it sounds like you may be reaching the end of your injection run. It may be time to consider an implant if that a feasable option for you.

Thanks for your reply. I recently started trying timix (started with trimix, never even explored bi-mix). I have cock rings but have not tried with an injection however I will. Thanks

I have been on the injection trials since August 23rd 2024 and appears I am quickly running through the different injection options available to me.

I have explored an implant, however here in Winnipeg, Manitoba (or even Canada as a whole) I think there is a loooooonnnnnngggg waiting list and it may take years before an implant can be attained. Hell just to get an appointment for a consult won’t be till January 2025. OMG!!!!

Have you ever had success with the injections? Are you certain you're injecting correctly? Did the doctor ever inject you to show you how and tet for reactions?

Yes a majority of the injections have been performed in the dr office by the dr. I have had the odd miss at home but the hardest my erections have gotten are about 7-8 out of 10 and last for 10 mins at most. In

Update

Dr tried what he calls Super quadmix 2.

Alprostadil - 160 ug
Papa - 30 mg
Phento - 2 mg
Atro - 0.3 mg/ ml

Gave me 80 units and holy shit in 13 minutes I had my 19 year old hard on. Slight burning upon injection. After 45 mins became painful to maintain. Climbed the stairwell of the dr 4 storey office building 7 times to help ease some of the pressure.

Finally subsided to be able to reasonably walk in public 1 1/2 later. This shit works but gonna back down to 50 units

How you inject is as important as the mix. My second urologist took the time to watch me inject, teach me how to massage and then came back a while later to look at my erection. She did the injection for me and it was fairly different from the spots that I thought were in the right area when I did it myself.
