How does the doctor account for your pubic fat pad when doing a stretched penis test?

Yeah agreed. I have a similarly large fat pad. Mine goes from 7.9 to 4 when I stand up. Looks so much better lying down.

Also I get you on the undersizing. I hope I haven’t been undersized too. That’ll require another surgery.

With regard to sizing for the implant it won't matter since that is done during the operation by inserting a device into the corpora measuring both proximally and distally from the point of the incision. This gives the doctor the measurements they need to size you. The amount of fat you have impacts the visual size and possibly the insertable length, but it won't impact the doctors internal measurements.

To be completely honest, I think the stretch test is primarily for show and to give the doctor a rough idea of what he needs to have the supplier bring to OR. In my case it was the AMS rep and they were told to bring a 18 cm LGX, a 18 cm CX, and a 21 cm CX.

Typically how he deals with fat pad is to mash ruler into it against pubic bone while pulling (my doctor wasn’t pulling too hard) in the flaccid dick.

None of that matters once they get you open. I had 17.4 cm erect before surgery. “My” stretch test said 16.5 cm. The doctor said 16. They ended up putting 23 cm of implant in me and now I have 17.3 cm erect after surgery.

It doesn’t matter what the test does. What matters is use a doctor who knows what he’s doing and, once you’re cut open, proceeds to do it.

As others have said, the stretch test isn't for sizing, or if it is, you have the wrong doctor.
I have no idea if my doctor was high volume, but he neither did a stretch test nor wanted to know what I thought my size was. Evidently, he knew what he was doing, and probably had a complete assortment of units to choose from.
He nailed my size perfectly.

I had my pre op with Dr. Clavell last week and for the stretch test all he did was stretch it, while placing his other hand on the skin above the base of my penis. I am guessing like others have said it was just for a rough idea on size.

The stretch test I think is a way for us to determine what to expect post-surgery. there seem to be studies looking that stretch test is close to length post-surgery and natural erection

The surgeons will measure inside the corpora with there measuring instruments to get the most accurate sizing (based on what I've seen in surgery videos)s.
