what ? once you have a malleable it does nothing to expand . Its size is set . It will not increase in length or girth . it does not expand . you can pull it up or push it down . That's it .

I think so. The penis shrinks following the surgical procedure, which is normal. The size regains after implant in both inflatable and malleable are due to having the blood flow back and healing of blood vessels. These gains can occur during the recovery period, up to about 2 months, but after that only inflatable implants can continue having slight size gains with cycling for up to a year.

Thanks for mentioning about the 1 year! Yes, size gains typically plateau once the surgical capsule around the implant fully matures into a fibrotic capsule. The capsule develops well at the 3 month mark and toughens around 1 year after the surgery.

With a malleable, you may also experience some tissue loosening due to pressure atrophy caused by the constant rigidity. Healed tissues become more elastic.

Pubic bone to meatus measurements increased by 1.14 cm (P = 0.003), 0.99 cm (P = 0.002), and 1.04 cm (P = 0.006) for erect, flaccid, and stretched penis, respectively.

Penile circumference (1.08 ± 0.82, P = 0.001) and width (0.47 ± 0.32, P = 0.001) of the penis also increased significantly.

So, that sounds like 1 cm gain in length, 1 cm gain in circumference and 0.5 cm gain in width for Titan.

Easymoney, I agree with you in a way because I accepted I have a small girth (4.5 inches) but my length was measured at 7.9 inches I’ve always had huge length and my stretch test came out to 7.7 inches. I’m currently 6 inches long and 4 inches in girth and I’m quite depressed hoping it comes back. I’m only 23 and my partner is not so understand of erectile dysfunction and in my country India knowledge is so little of penis issues women are mean…

With a ipp the patient has the possibility to stretch the tissue with what are basically cylinder balloons that expand in girth and length .
Malleable do not expand and if a scar capsule forms its not going to add a inch in length , if at all it will be barely measurable.
i had my malleable done in the second week of march . now being september i see zero increase in either lenght or girth and do not expext to . in fact thinking having your penis fill with blood is probably not possible now [except for the glans] . Because when dilators are used to expand the penis for the malleable ,it destroys the tissue that used to be filled with blood .
which by the way was not working correctly anyway and that's the reason we had an implant done . Either it got hard [with lots of effort ] and would not stay hard ,or would not get hard at all .
as far as your resulting length , loosing 1.5 inches was a mistake with your surgeon not using a rod long enough . That isn't coming back, unless you get another implant of the correct size .
But , according to woman and my own experience .its the thickness of the dick that woman get pleasure from not extra length.

its a gel that is injected into the penis and if the good quality brand is used it lasts from 1.5 -2 years . it is absorbed into the body some what and needs to have more added back to keep the desired girth. but maybe half as much as the first time .
im not acutuall sure what my lenght was back in my prime ,20s ,30s .
maybe 7 inches , i cant remeber , but not long ago before i was about 6.5 . now a little over 6 . and woman loved the size due to the girth. my wife would complanin when i did her doggie style if i put it in to fast or went to long .
