I am 67. Got my implant in Oct 2023. I like being able to get an erection again. No more embarrassing softies. However, my ability to orgasm is not the same, especially when wearing a condom. My penis does not seem to be as sensitive as it once was. Sometimes the glans feels cool to touch. Does anyone have any ideas as to how to improve this situation?
I have heard about avoiding the "death grip" and keeping the implant properly deflated when not in use. I also take tadalafil as prescribed by my doctor to improve the blood flow to my penis and glans.
Overall, it is better to be able to perform sexually. I am not sorry I got it, but wish my ejaculation was better.

This is scary to hear. I'm not yet to the point of needing the implant but I know that day is coming. I already have delayed ejaculation (sometimes to the point of anorgasmia) so I am afraid of the scenario where an implant gives me ready wood but then I can't do anything with it.

Me too, my orgasms are way stronger now than at any other point in my life. Only with vag sex, masterbation is about the same. There used to be talk about super orgasms on frank talk, only a smaller percentage end up with them, sounds like we both won the lottery. At 18 months my orgasms are still incredible.
