Orgasm
Seven weeks post malleable (tactra) implant. Seem to apparently lost some sensitivity. Cannot orgasm from intercourse, oral, or masturbation…
Re: Orgasm
took me 3 or 4 months before I could orgasm ... and then only masturbation .. your penis took a beating give it time .. also as you know you have an implant because you have ED .. remember how it was when you could not get erect to cum or stay firm enough to penetrate the more you struggled the worse the problem got .. I did fine having my prostate massaged by receiving oral help a lot and was able to climax .. just give it time may never be what it was or might be better than it ever was ..
Re: Orgasm
Orgasms should return to however they were prior to the implant. If they were good before they should be good after healing. Its just nerves take a long time to heal.

Re: Orgasm
You will notice gradual improvements at the 2, 3, 6, and 12-month marks. Full recovery typically takes about a year. The commonly mentioned "6-week" timeline or '3-week" superman extraordinary healing powers bestowed by the surgeon (lol), only applies to the healing of external incisions. The surgeon takes great care not to deeply injure the neurovascular bundle, the term they use for penile nerves responsible for sensations. After healing (from the trauma on tissues caused by surgery), it should return back to what it was before the surgery. Everyone heals at a different speed.
