I've been approved for implant next month, anything I should do before hand? ask doc? regain length etc?

Coloplast Titan implant next month. After peyronies battle.

Lost a considerable amount of length.

Is there anything I should ask my doctor before surgery for the best outcome? Anything I should do/ask to try regain length?

Anyq questions in general you wish you asked or had done.

Hopefully you only lost because of the curve, implant will help with that. All day stretcher and pumps like mentioned do work from my personal experience pre ed. Never tried them post ed.

Doc did say ill get some length back from straightening it out at least (so from the curve)

but I definitely lost an inch or two from scarring itself and whatever goes on in there unfortunately

After I posted my last comments, I started thinking.... if I have a 6" flaccid and a 7.5" erection, that means my implant would grow by an inch and half . That can't be true . So I did a bone pressed flaccid measurement ( which I don't remember ever doing ) and I was at 6.5" . My erection is just over 7.25" without the VED . So my implant expands approximately 3/4+ of an inch. Just want to be transparent an as honest as I can be with the members and brothers doing research.

How bad is your Peyronie's? What is the surgeon willing to do to correct the curve and other issues at the time of surgery? It seems the high volume surgeons like clavell and patel are now cutting the scar tissue to allow more max length/girth rather than trying to just rely on the implant alone or even worse plication surgery.

I probably had about a 30° curve to the right . Something I wasn't even aware I had until I tried the injections. As I previously posted, Dr. Clavell did the plaque incisions concurrently with the penile implant surgery. He also tightened up the nutsack. Three procedures done during one surgery.
