There is no reason for her to notice through a hand job unless you are pumped to 110%. The only way she would notice is if she is playing with your balls and in my case I always just tell girls at first that ever since getting my vasectomy it does not feel good to have my balls played with so not to do it.

The one that I told, she started to get really attached and I wasnt as in to her as she was into me. I sort of cooled off on her and right around the same time was when I had to get the revision. I ended up just telling her in person that I had an implant and that I had to have a surgery to get it fixed so that was why she hadn't heard or seen me lately. She was the first and so far only girl I have told so I was unsure of how to tell her or what to expect, but she didnt think it was as big of a deal as I did. By the time we discussed this she was already dating someone else, so we never hung out again.

Yes, I agree this device CAN be made very covert and unnoticeable- if done right.
If I was a single guy I don't know if I would disclose my implant status to an unsuspecting partner.
