I started my VED and traction therapy months before my surgery.
I know it helped me recover size taken by atrophy.

I worked my way up to 200mm according to my pressure gauge. I would venture to 10inches of pressure BRIEFLY.
More pressure or more time in my experience leads to more edema.
VED usage without a gauge is insane.

I tried Trimix but it did not get me too hard. I increased the dosage with the same results. In addition, the tip of my penis did not seem to get enough blood flow using Trimix and it look like the Concorde airplane with the nose down.

The tri-mix will not cause your glans to engorge. It has no connection to the corpus cavernosum where you inject the tri-mix. Of course having an erection can encourage arousal (aided by stimulation) which should lead to glans engorgement. You may have damage from the RP that also effected your glans. Fortunately my RP nerve damage just effected my corpus cavernosum engorgement, which is severe, but when aroused with stimulation (after injection) my glans engorges. Novelty/sex shop cock rings can help.

It sounds to me like your wife has other issues. She may need counseling or maybe hormone supplements. Or you're not doing your job to get her warmed up.

I'm getting some results from PT-141 but the timing seems random - sometimes the erection appears at the 2-3 hour mark and sometimes around +7 hours. Are you finding the timing to be consistent? How much do you inject?

We did everything everywhere in the house like 30 years ago. I’m on TRT and living with a wife whose libido disappeared after menopause….. and just came charging back in the last week.

PT-141 for me was a great experience. Hardon's galore, horny full check. But no real control on when the erection would come. Nice to be horny and hard but if you need to be hard at a certain point then its not for me. Trimix is the best stuff I have found in my life. Given me my sex life back and my wife is really warming up after a 7 year absence of sex from our life.

She stopped drinking and started taking Wellbutrin and in two weeks I’ve become her sex toy lol. The timing of PT141 is frustrating. It starts about 6-7 hrs later. Hopefully the science will find a way to speed it up. lol

Ahhh... Wellbutrin! My wife was on an SSRI for 25 years and it definitely had a delirious effect - she still orgasmed about ½ the time but it was so much work she was rarely interested in pursuing it. Early this year, she switched to Wellbutrin. It's not quite the magic elixir that has helped your wife but it's definitely an improvement, Orgasms are more frequent but, more importantly, they are easier to achieve so she is more likely to try.

I'm trying to understand PT-141, particularly it's timing. Last time, the never-going away erection came at about the T+3 hour mark (so far, an ice pack is sufficient to ward off priapism but I also have Sudafed and a phenylephrine injection just in case). Unfortunately, the opportunity for sex was at the T+1 mark. I was successful but I also took 100mg Sildenafil, so I can't say where the credit goes.

I have a visit next week with a urologist who has extensive experience with PT-141 so I am hoping he will have some insights into how to estimate the timing of effectiveness.
