Why I prefer penile injection over pde5

Just for you information, I use ici injections for two reasons . Number one is that after more than twelve years of use pde5s had become less effective at tolerable or needed dosage considering the fact that swallowing some pills without chewing had become extremely difficult and after a prognosis of precancerous treatment which I believe was brought about by the pde5 effect on esophigial smooth muscle.
Number two, to be quite honest ici are more effective and reliable.The transition wasn't an easy decision.I don't like needles but, I do do love my wife and sex and I'm not giving up either. Gps are definitely not very helpful.

Thanks for your analysis. PDE5's are becoming less and less effective for me so I am contemplating the next step which, after PT-141, would be ICI injections.
